Your personal data is collected by NEGOCOM Atlantique, a limited liability company with a share capital of 313,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 134 avenue du Maréchal Juin – immeuble le 1857 ‐ Hall A – 24000 Périgueux, registered in the PERIGUEUX Trade and Companies Register under number 830 476 933. 

2. What personal data is collected by NEGOCOM Altantique? 

As a simple Internet user, you can access and browse our website without communicating your personal data, i.e. the information about you that allows us to identify you (title, first and last name, email address, etc.). 

Please note that our website is not intended for minors. Therefore, any personal data collected concerning minors will be deleted, unless NEGOCOM Atlantique has obtained the parents’ consent. 

NEGOCOM Atlantique does not collect any “sensitive” data. Sensitive data” is any information relating to an individual that reveals: racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, information relating to health and/or sex life and/or criminal convictions and, in certain cases, the national register number or financial data.

NEGOCOM Atlantic’s purposes are as follows: (i) management of your customer account, (ii) management of the contractual relationship.
